The Annual Meeting of the Christian Scientists' Association was held on Wednesday, Jan. 6, at the Massachusetts Metaphysical College, Boston.
A large number of members from Boston, and from different sections of the country, were present, and encouraging reports were received from Branch Associations in the West.
Rev. Mary B. G. Eddy, who has so ably presided over the Association since its organization in 1876, declined a reelection to the presidency; but, in response to the united and earnest request of the members, she kindly consented to accept the position for another year, and was unanimously elected President for 1886.
