I feel that I would be very ungrateful should I longer withhold a statement of some of the blessings I have received from Christian Science. Through the forethought of our beloved Leader, I am enabled to study the LessonSermons at home, and in this way I am gaining an increased understanding of perfect Love which casteth out fear, as will be seen by the following experience.
November, 1902, I gave birth to my first child born under Christian Science treatment, having had medical attendance with the older children.
Very little pain was experienced and everything was so harmonious that my husband, who was at work only a half mile away, was not called. The second day the Scientist went home and I took care of baby myself, as I was able to be up, dressed, and about the house the third day. I have been doing all my housework alone since baby was three months old, and am in better health than ever before.
