During the past six years the greatest peace, joy, and hope has entered my consciousness through the understanding of Christ, Truth, as revealed through our beloved Leader. I cannot express my gratitude; it is deeper than any words can convey.
The first knowledge I had of Christian Science came through the healing of a member of my family who had been in physical bondage for many years, and as I saw freedom come so quickly and so completely to the long suffering one, I was led to read and study Mrs. Eddy's wonderful book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and have found it to be the greatest help from day to day. I earnestly entreat all those who are investigating the teaching in Christian Science, who feel the need of spiritual strenth and relief from mental and physical suffering to read with reverence and earnestness our text-book. It enables us to study the Bible with an enlightenment never known before. Every day and every hour will bring more and more light if we are true and faithful,—accepting Divine guidance into this blessed truth.
I have been healed many times of physical ailments, but the spiritual uplifting and unfolding which is constantly with me is the more precious, and I pray for still clearer apprehension that I may help others to grasp the understanding of this truth which is Life.
