Two or three years ago our daughter, then a year and eight months old, was ruptured. For five months she wore a band as a physician directed, but the injury did not heal. The warm weather coming on in April, the child was nervous, because the support produced irritation of the skin. I was worried, for I did not like the thought of a slight operation which a physician recommended. I have a very dear friend who is a Christian Scientist, and I appealed to her for help. She very willingly consented to take the case, and within a week, under her treatment, our daughter was healed. Some time afterward I took her to a physician and asked him to examine her. This he did and said her cure was complete. Two years have passed and she has remained well, for which we are very grateful. Christian Science treatment has helped us on several occasions. Recently I bought a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" and enjoy reading it,—also the Journal and the Sentinel.— Sioux City, Iowa.
