I now enjoy splendid health, and have no fear of a return of the conditions which existed when I appealed to a Christian Science practitioner for help in August, 1911. I had then been under constant medical attendance since the previous March, suffering from what is called nervous collapse, but I had not received the slightest benefit. I was unable to lift my feet from the floor, as I had lost the use of my limbs, and it was thought at one time that I had locomotor ataxia. I have no doubt, however, that it was a nervous affection, as I became hysterical when any one spoke to me. I slept only six nights in three months, and I was altogether in a serious condition.
I had then no knowledge of Christian Science, but I willingly turned to it as a last resort when all other treatment had failed. Although about six weeks elapsed before I resumed my work at the dancing academy, my healing actually occurred in twenty-four hours. One day I was a mental and physical wreck and the next day a well woman. I am taking up the study of this wonderful Science, and through the little apprehension I have gained I feel that the future has a new life for us all. I have no words to express my thankfulness to God for the benefits I have received, and I want every one to know what Christian Science has done for me.—Philadelphia, Pa.
