I would like to express my gratitude...

I would like to express my gratitude to our Leader for the many benefits that have come to me through Christian Science, in which I became interested through the influence of a lady who was rooming in my home. She was a Scientist, and seemed to be happy and to love every one. I was unhappy, always feeling that people disliked me, and thought that the study of Christian Science might help me to overcome this feeling. I began to read "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and attended the meetings, with the result that a wonderful spiritual and physical change came over me in the next few months. My eyes were healed through the reading of the text-book, and I put away glasses which the doctor told me would have to be worn all my life. For ten years I had suffered from neuralgia, headaches, sleeplessness, and other ailments from which the doctors could give me only temporary relief, but these have been overcome through Christian Science treatment.
