Christian Science has been my only physician for twenty-one years, as I was wonderfully healed when a girl after being given up by several physicians as incurable. They pronounced the trouble neuralgic rheumatism and dyspepsia. I had been confined to my bed twenty months, but was healed in less than two weeks by Christian Science treatment. Since my marriage, over eleven years ago, our little family has depended entirely on the power of Truth in every time of need, and the need has always been supplied. Our little boy has passed through measles, whooping cough, acute lung trouble, and fever. By relying on the truth absolutely he came through each experience in a very short time perfectly healed. About a year ago my husband asked for help to overcome the tobacco habit, which he had indulged for twenty-five years, and was healed of the desire for the weed in a few treatments. It would be impossible to tell all the blessings this teaching has brought into my life. It has healed me not only physically but spiritually, and has helped me to cast out fear, hate, malice, sorrow, et cetera, by seeing them as unreal, no part of God's creation.
