I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science. While I was preparing to leave on a trip there were several things which needed my attention, and in attending to one of these duties I had occasion to use a very strong corrosive (lye), and in ignorance of its nature used it very freely. While using it I felt my hands burn, but paid no attention and went about performing the remainder of my duties before leaving for the train. When I got on the train and was seated comfortably in the Pullman I began to remove my gloves, but they seemed to be fastened to my hands so that I had to pull them off with force, and on looking at my hands I saw that my fingers were raw. Instantly I declared the truth and my hands were practically instantaneously healed. For this demonstration I am truly grateful.— New York, N. Y.
