It is some time since I have voiced gratitude for God's goodness to me. It is difficult to give sufficient thanks for all the beautiful blessings that flow in daily. Through Christian Science my whole life and thought have changed, and with it have come peace and harmony, especially in my home life. Physically I have been healed of dyspepsia and colds. I have always been well, more or less, but it is particularly the home conditions that I refer to as "beautiful blessings." Life was very difficult for me many years ago, but now all is changed.
Christian Science was brought to my notice by a friend. At that time I was not very ready to accept its teachings although I needed and was seeking for a satisfying religion, having been brought up in a faith which did not satisfy me. As the truth began to unfold, my understanding became clearer. The way has not been easy at times, but each problem that has come up to be solved has just been the means of making me work all the harder, and I am truly grateful for each experience as it has helped me to see so clearly the truth of what Mrs. Eddy says on page 66 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." "Trials are proofs of God's care."
All the Christian Science literature is of immense value, and the study of the Lesson-Sermon a daily source of joy. I am deeply grateful for class instruction, for the loving help of practitioners, and for the great privilege of being a member of The Mother Church.— King's Sornborne, Hants, England.
