I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me and mine. Over two years ago I heard two women talking about Christian Science. I thought it would be a good thing for me; so the next day I went to one of the women, and asked her where I could find a practitioner. I had been ill for ten years and had consulted many physicians, each of them diagnosing the trouble differently; and none of them was able to help me. The last physician I consulted said it would take five or six months for me to be healed. I was suffering from eczema and palpitation of the heart. Walking made me tired. For the healing of these troubles through Christian Science, and for many other blessings which my family and I have experienced, I am inexpressibly grateful to God and to Christian Science. I also think with gratitude of our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.— Watertown, New York.
I am very grateful to our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for my wife's healing. As I, too, have been healed of many things, it gives me pleasure—and I consider it my duty—to give this testimony, for Christian Science means a great deal to me. I am very grateful to God for my deliverance. I am also very grateful to Christian Science for its divine teachings, from which we can daily derive much good.—
