I should like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the many benefits I have received since becoming interested in Christian Science. My first healing, which was from constipation, occurred about five years ago.
For some time I had noticed a lump growing under my left breast. I did not pay much attention to it, until about three years ago, when it began to grow very much larger and became inflamed and very painful. I asked a practitioner for help, which was lovingly given. The lump very soon disappeared.
My husband has also received harmonious results from Christian Science treatment. In the summer of 1925 his foot became infected and was too swollen to put on a shoe. For several days he hesitated whether to call a doctor or a Christian Science practitioner. In the meantime blood poisoning seemed imminent, so a decision had to be made. A practitioner was called, several treatments were given, and the foot became normal. The following Thanksgiving Day he was healed of a slight attack of influenza. This was met in a couple of hours.
