About three years ago I was suffering from a severe nervous breakdown following a serious operation. After trying all kinds of drugs for insomnia, I finally became discouraged and decided to give Christian Science a trial. I started to improve almost immediately, casting aside all sedatives and many other remedies upon which I had previously depended, for I had at last found the best and only real remedy, the understanding of God, Truth. Thanks to the teachings of Christian Science I am now entirely well, and more active and useful than I ever was during almost an entire lifetime of semi-invalidism.
Through Christian Science I have learned to know God and the beautiful teachings of the Master as I had never been able to comprehend them before.
