Gratitude impels me to send this testimony and to acknowledge a few of the numerous blessings that have come to me through the study and application of Christian Science. When it was first presented to me I accepted it more as a religion than as a healing power, but it was not very long before I realized that Christian Science heals the sick and the sinning. I had been a sufferer for about twenty years from chronic tonsillitis, and it was during one of these attacks that I called in a practitioner. In three days I was completely free; and the healing has been permanent, as this occurred over nine years ago and there has been no return of the ailment.
To me this was indeed a wonderful proof of God's care. Since then I have become an earnest student of Christian Science. The blessings have come to me daily, and I shall never cease to be grateful for the privilege of membership in The Mother Church and one of its branches, which is indeed a great help to me in my spiritual growth.— San Francisco, California.
