I have experienced so many wonderful healings and blessings through the study and application of Christian Science during the last eighteen years, that I should seem most ungrateful did I not express gratitude for these experiences.
Some time ago, while I was working in a factory, a filter containing a chemical—of which about seventy-five per cent was acid—was blown out, and the contents were thrown directly into my face and eyes. I was able to know the truth and cling to it while this chemical was being removed from my face, eyes, and hair, and by the time this was completed I knew that my healing was complete.
Notwithstanding the man-made laws regarding this particular chemical which tried to tell us that it would be many weeks before I could use my eyes, I was able to use them in two days, and in three days all scars were gone from my face. This is but one of many blessings received from this wonderful Science, for which I have learned to thank God each day.
