Christian Science has afforded...

From the March 1936 issue of The Christian Science Journal

CHRISTIAN SCIENCE has afforded me protection all my life. I am very grateful for having had the privilege of attending the Christian Science Sunday School until I reached the age limit, and since that time for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church.

The healing for which I am most grateful is that of an unhappy disposition. An earnest study of Science and Health and the periodicals during the past two years has given me the most wonderful sense of happiness and joy which truly comes from God. Christian Science was most helpful while I was in school, and is now proving an invaluable aid in the pursuit of a business career.

I should like also to express gratitude for the privilege of spending several days at the Benevolent Association on Pacific Coast. It was one of the happiest experiences in my life. I am deeply grateful to God and to Mary Baker Eddy for this beautiful truth, for having been reared in a home in which love and harmony have been manifested to such a great degree, and for all the good that Christian Science is bringing to the whole world.—
