Having found a new life through my study of Christian Science, I am glad to testify to the peace, joy, and uplifted consciousness that come through a better understanding of God. I realize now that before I began the study of Christian Science I did not know God. Today I glory in some understanding of Him, and in the many proofs of Immanuel, or "God with us."
In taking over, through necessity, the management of a business I knew little about, and leaning entirely on the slight understanding I had of Christian Science, I have found many proofs of effective help. This business seemed limited in many ways and considerably in debt, but through my following the leadings of Truth, it has been successfully moved and established in a community quite a distance away, during the past five years. It has been proved that the move was necessary to sustain it during these years. Later it seemed that first too little, then too much business was obtained. Through my earnest work in Christian Science it has been shown that neither lack nor oversupply was necessary, but that which blessed both firm and customers was always available. Despite numerous threats of error, this business has grown and blessed many people.
Many healings of physical disease have been experienced in our home. Severe burns, measles, whooping cough, influenza, colds, a broken bone, a dislocation, and other erroneous conditions have been overcome through the application of Christian Science. Harmony has been established in the home and problems of supply met.
