Christian Science has done so much for me that I long to have my testimony published all over the world. Though able to write but a tithe of all that could be told, I pray that this will help others to find liberation and joy.
Since childhood I had been in an increasingly unhappy state. I felt inferiority so keenly that I was unable to be useful, and a deep longing to help others and to alleviate suffering made the failure seem very bitter and caused me constant self-condemnation.
Through searching the Bible prayerfully I became convinced that we should heal as Jesus taught his disciples to do. For three years I prayed constantly to know how it was done. Then the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, came across my path, and I felt impelled to read it. A little over two months' study convinced me of its truth, and the great transforming of thought and experience began.
