It is with much joy and gratitude that I give this testimony. My hope is that it may help someone else as I have been helped by testimonies which have appeared in the periodicals.
At times it has seemed as though my progress has been very slow. However, habits that were detrimental to physical health, as well as to mental health, have been entirely destroyed. Others are being routed out of consciousness.
Violent temper, indulged in past years, has not appeared since I began the earnest study of Christian Science, and I know that the consecrated effort to adhere to the law of Love is proving that it has been overcome. The desire for and sincere effort to attain a more loving attitude toward others are bearing fruit. self-righteousness is gradually being seen for what it is, and a greater effort to yield to the righteousness of God is being made.
