The reports called for at the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church include "general reports from the Field" (Article XIII, Section 1, of the Church Manual by Mary Baker Eddy). Many of the branch churches and societies, after the close of their church year, send to The Mother Church a report of their activities and special steps of progress, and these reports are carefully examined. As many of them are read at the Annual Meeting as the time allotted for that part of the program will permit.
In order that the reports sent in from the various churches and societies throughout the Field may be considered for possible use at the Annual Meeting to be held on June 4 this year, it would be helpful to have them in the office of The Christian Science Board of Directors not later than May 1.
