God's great goodness to man is revealed through Christian Science. For many years I have relied on this Science and have had many wonderful healings, such as those of catarrh, diphtheria, an unhappy disposition, and many faults of character.
Some time ago, when dressing, I discovered red blotches, which were exceedingly sensitive to touch, extending halfway round my body. I began immediately to work in Christian Science, saying aloud to the error, "God never made you, and I am not afraid of you." Error argued, "You can scarcely breathe." My reply was: "The only inspiration there is, is God's thoughts coming to man." I then turned to God and said, "All right, God, I am listening."
Two statements by Christ Jesus gave me a wonderful sense of peace. One of them (John 10:30), "I and my Father are one," seemed to be meant for me. "Yes," I said to myself, "I am in the Father and the Father in me, and nothing can separate me from God."
