I am deeply grateful for Christian Science, also for protection and healing in our family of three, protection for my husband in his work, which required him to be underground, and healings of our son and myself over a number of years. I am grateful too for the wonderful work of practitioners and for the love and help they always give when called upon.
I am particularly grateful for the work of a practitioner in a beautiful healing of a bone felon on the index finger of my right hand. A doctor had said that only an amputation of the finger could save my hand, which at the time I was unable to use because of the twisted condition of the fingers. I had a complete healing; I am now able to use all the fingers of my hand freely. During this experience the following words from the fifty-sixth Psalm were a great help to me: "I will not fear what flesh can do unto me."
Another outstanding experience was our son's healing of pleurisy. A practitioner was called, and within ten days he was healed and able to begin his college session at the proper time, although this had seemed impossible.
