Man's Dwelling Place

From the April 1953 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Because man dwells where Life eternal springs,
no power can still his glad song's upward wings;
no dream of death can frighten or enthrall
the cherished child of the eternal All.

Because man dwells in Truth's immortal sphere,
he is forever safe from pain and fear;
his perfect state of being is secure
in changeless Truth, that ever will endure.

Because man dwells in Love's unfolding day,
the light of quenchless joy illumes his way;
Love leads him on with tender, constant care,
through endless vistas, infinitely fair!
