The truths I learned while attending a Christian Science Sunday School have been a sure foundation upon which healings have been based. Throughout my high school and college career, I endeavored to use what I knew of the ever-presence of divine Mind, especially in the preparation for examinations.
Mrs. Eddy states (Science and Health, pp. 518, 519): "Nothing is new to Spirit. Nothing can be novel to eternal Mind, the author of all things, who from all eternity knoweth His own ideas." The truth of this passage was shown in my experience in this way. The time for final examinations had arrived, and I seemed to be in the position of having several tests on the following day and not enough time to adequately prepare for them all.
That evening as I sat wondering what I should study first, the thought came, "Why not study the Christian Science Lesson Sermon?" This I did. As I studied the lesson, given in the Quarterly, I had the peaceful sense that God was guiding me to do the correct thing. Since it was rather late when I finished with the lesson, I went to bed, knowing that divine Mind would reveal what I should do about my final examinations.
