The Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy makes the following provision for Per Capita Tax (Art. VIII, Sect. 13): "Every member of The Mother Church shall pay annually a per capita tax of not less than one dollar, which shall be forwarded each year to the Church Treasurer." Payments may be sent during the year at any time between January 1 and December 31. Printed forms are mailed annually to all members for their convenience in making payments. Please inform the Treasurer of any change in your permanent address.
