In the year 1934, a friend in Buenos Aires called our attention to Christian Science. I took up its study and learned to understand the spiritual law of Love and Truth.
In 1939, we were taken by surprise in Germany by the Second World War. Through my understanding of this Science we were wonderfully protected. Once when the bombs were falling round our house, we feared it would collapse on us. Like a miracle it stood firm.
