What a blessed privilege it is to be a student of Christian Science! Our family has had many healings in Science, and my own healings have been many and varied.
When I was six years old, I had my first healing. My mother was a new student. I remember being quite ill, and at times I was unconscious. My mother called a Christian Science practitioner to help me, and she came to our home. As the practitioner entered my room, suddenly I felt much comforted, and I was no longer ill. I sat up and asked for something to eat.
Later my mother said in recalling this healing that she realized so clearly that God is All—and His presence was manifested in healing.
