That peace is like no other we have known:

It is the urging of the risen Lord—
"Go ye into all the world . . ."—that stirs
Our sons and daughters each to seek to bless.
God's peace halts the countdown of men's fears
And leads us through this moral wilderness.
Behind the politics of pride, the grace
And cross of Truth cohere to rend the veil
Of rhetoric; these holy forces trace
The healing evolution of His will—
Invade the sovereignty of every nation.
Consuming flames of sacrificial joy
Reveal Christ's fellowship—one correlation
Of light and might in man, one right of way.
