Perfect qualities of Mind

From the June 1986 issue of The Christian Science Journal

God was revealed to Moses as the great I am and as the Lawgiver. He was felt by the people of Israel to be their guide and their protector, as the King of kings, the Almighty. God being infinite, He will be to us what our enlarged conception and understanding of Him reveals.

In the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health, Mrs. Eddy gives synonyms for God. One of them is divine Mind. Harmony and immortality are perfect spiritual qualities of Mind. God, Mind, is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent Being. The divine qualities, which also include intelligence, purpose, health, joy, and bliss, are therefore expressed in man and the universe without end or interruption.

There cannot be any power to diminish the ever-full operation of all the qualities of Mind. God, Mind, is omnipotent, excluding any other possible power. Mind's qualities have no opposites to hinder or interfere with Mind's continuous action. Creative Mind is the source and sustainer of true energy, intelligently governing all.
