I have been raised in Christian Science and have had many healings. I feel it is time to share a testimony of healing in the Christian Science periodicals.
Just before the yearly meeting of my Christian Science Students Association, my wife, daughter, and I went to the beach, where we had arranged to meet some dear friends (also Christian Scientists) for a few days of vacation.
While I was out surfing I fell off my board. As I tumbled into the wave, my board hit me in the hip. The pain was very intense and the incident left me unable to straighten myself. The physical appearance was frightening, as my side was totally displaced.
