I have been relying on Christian Science for a number of years now and have had many different types of physical healings. Colds, flu, sore throats, laryngitis, physical injuries, have all yielded to the study and application of God's law as understood in Christian Science.
At one time I experienced a mild concussion that led to some memory loss. I could remember everything that preceded this period and everything that followed, but there was a gap in between. I prayed about this, knowing that because there is only one Mind, God, I didn't have a separate mind that could somehow be defective or blinded to good.
I came across this statement in Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy: "Do not suppose that any mental concept is gone because you do not think of it. The true concept is never lost." As I pondered this statement, I began to see that the love, peace, and joy that come from God can never be lost. These were to me the "true concept" of the missing experiences. As I dwelt on this more spiritual view of these experiences, full memory returned.
