I have daily witnessed our Father-Mother God's presence guiding, protecting, and directing me.
My profession for many years was in the area of teaching and coaching. The teaching had to do specifically with the physiological and kinesio-logical aspects of physical fitness and sports. Even though I was very diligent and conscientious in preparing for my classes, my students' evaluation of my teaching each year did not exactly hit the rave column. And I knew these bright students were absolutely correct in their assessment of my teaching in this area.
I had been raised in Christian Science and earnestly desired to know more of God and to be obedient to God's laws. But it seemed to me that the total focus on physiology was incompatible with the spiritual teachings of Christian Science. I was not able to resolve the conflict within myself. So, I resigned from my local branch Church of Christ, Scientist, and continued coaching and teaching.
