A journey of healing with Science and Health

"It's hard to find words to say how grateful you are for a book and a religion that saved your child's life." —Linda Bumpus Riverdale, New York-

From the February 1994 issue of The Christian Science Journal

On Monday evening, June 7, following the 1993 Annual Meeting, a special fruitage meeting was held. Twenty church members from around the world told of their own experiences in reading Science and Health and of how they had felt its transforming power.

In this issue, we have accounts from Riverdale, New York, U.S.A., Helsinki, Finland, and Athens, Greece.

When I was younger, I didn't think as positively as I do now. For example, I thought going to church on Wednesdays or reading the Bible Lesson was boring. I used to fight with my sister a lot, and my room constantly needed cleaning.
