Into the hands of new readers—meeting the demand for Science and Health

From the August 1995 issue of The Christian Science Journal

We've reported on it in dozens of articles, notices, and reports in this and other Christian Science periodicals over the past year. It's a story of modern-day disciples, who, through prayer, are discerning humanity's intensifying search for spirituality and responding, not only through their healing practice of Christian Science, but by sharing Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures more broadly than ever before. Mary Baker Eddy anticipated humanity's continuing spiritual search for Truth; she knew there would be an increasing demand for Science and Health throughout the world

the Writings of Mary Baker Eddy

The sharing of Science and Health by individuals and by Christian Science branch churches and college organizations is taking place today through countless avenues: Christian Science lectures on Science and Health; innovative Reading Room displays and activities; prayer for mankind's receptivity to Science and Health; advertisements for the book in newspapers and magazines, on buses and billboards; distribution of Science and Health to local bookstores and to national bookstore chains.
