We've Seen the pictures: a young couple enjoying each other's company; a sports team and fans celebrating a victory; a family gathered for a festive occasion. Everyone belongs.
But some young people feel like outcasts—unpopular, alienated, barred from something desirable that would make them feel they belong.
As a result, sometimes they cause trouble—minor trouble involving graffiti, for instance, or something much more serious, such as violence in a school.
