"THE BEST TOOL is the thought that I can do it." This came out of the mouth of a second-grader after being told his hands were probably the best tool for sculpting in clay.
During my volunteer project with a school, there were many times when the children would say, "I can't do it." My response was always, "Who told you that?"
I often think of the Bible and Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy as tools for life. They might be described as the "hands on" tools, the basics. If we approach them with the conviction that the good they contain is achievable now by each of us, we are awakened in our consciousness. We hear the powerful Christ saying to us "I can do it!"
