As God becomes less theoretical to us—and more tangible as infinite Spirit—our latent, yet unbounded, potential to heal and be healed can be realized.
Christian healing doesn't change reality, since the only reality is God. There's nothing wrong within God, so nothing needs to be changed there. God is eternal and perfect. All that really exists is God and His perfect manifestation. Therefore, disease and injury, although they seem real, are actually false notions. When we see what seems to be an evil power or entity "outside" of God, who is All, our task is to correct the deceptive false concept.
Suppose that in a classroom a pupil writes a wrong concept on the chalkboard—that there are ten planets in our solar system, for instance. The teacher recognizes and corrects the mistake and sets the record straight. Nothing has to be changed outside the classroom. There is no tenth planet that has to be eliminated!
