Recently, several American thought-leaders gathered to informally discuss religious freedom. They were interviewed by of the Christian Science Committee on Publication Office in Boston.

Richard Biever: Let's talk about religious freedom from an international point of view.

: More and more countries are recognizing that freedom of conscience—including religious conscience and its expression—is as essential to the fabric of fundamental human rights as free speech, freedom of the press, and so forth. If you pull the thread of any one of those freedoms, the entire fabric pulls apart.
