Q: What is involved in giving Christian Science treatment?

A: Whenever I'm going to give treatment either for myself or someone else, the first thing I do is get mentally quiet. I want to shut out all the noise, the fear, the distractions, and give my full attention to God—to that higher presence and power of infinite Love. When Jesus' disciples asked him to teach them how to pray, this was the first thing he told them to do. Go into your closet and shut the door, See Matt. 6:6. was the essence of his words.
