Become aware—the kingdom is within,
It's not dependent on an outer state,
Nor if we're rich or poor, or fat or thin.
Although it's not where there is fear or hate.
What need we do to find this inner place,
This peace, and love, and harmony divine?
It's not a doing, but a being space.
Become the peace to which we would incline;
Become the love and harmony we seek.
And offer it to others as a gift,
An offering that's healing and unique.
This very instant to this kingdom shift.
The peace that all surpasses here awaits;
Why would we ever hesitate?
