A little over two years ago, suddenly, without warning, a key employee who had a senior position in our organization was unavailable. The critical business records that this key employee kept were also not available.
In order for the organization to continue its important work, senior managers had to attempt to put together important documents, based on outdated and incomplete records. My responsibility was to be the “point guard” of this situation.
I began to pray daily to understand what the other managers and I needed to do, and how to do it, so that the organization could progress.
