Testimonies of Healing

For about 15 years I’d been challenged with migraines. Sometimes they’d last a long time and recovery would be slow and exhausting.

As a lifelong student of Christian Science, I have experienced many healings through reliance on prayer and Christian Science treatment. Daily, Christian Science provides me with practical insight into the very real and tangible love of God for his idea, man.

When a small growth appeared on my lip, I didn’t think much of it. But then it began to gradually get bigger and bigger.

During my early years in elementary school, my mom and dad were killed in the civil war in my country, Liberia. Right after their deaths, my family members and others were being hunted many days and nights by gunmen.

I’ve had so many healings in Christian Science that it wouldn’t be a stretch to say they would fill a book. But I especially want to express gratitude for the healing of a sudden, completely unexpected physical difficulty.

For more than 11 years, I’d be overcome by allergy symptoms whenever I visited my in-laws for our annual family reunion, where there would be dogs. I did pray, but, even though the symptoms were so aggressive, I thought that since it was only for a short time each year, I could suffer through it.

Last year just before Christmas, our little toddler, Anna, woke up in the morning crying. It was not like her, as she is always so cheerful.
