On Jan. 31 Mr. Bailey again preached. His sermon was based on the allegory of the Judgment Seat, as recorded in chapter xxv. of Matthew's Gospel. The Judge is Divine Intelligence. The Goats are those who are destitute of Humanity towards their fellows. The Sheep are those who practise Humanity; but this humanity needs wise direction, looking beyond present relief to the higher good. Many pertinent illustrations showed what this humanity really is.
