It is indeed with a heart overflowing with gratitude that I give my testimony of healing through Christian Science. We have known of Christian Science only three years, but more good has come to us in that time than ever before. I was taken with a severe attack of brain trouble, and in a short time was unable to move any portion of my body. I had commenced to get numb and cold when a Christian Science practitioner was called; but in four hours I was sleeping peacefully, completely healed.

Before my own healing we had called on Christian Science for help, as a last resort, in the case of my brother, who had been an invalid all his life. Each winter he spent three to four months in bed at some hospital, and underwent operation after operation for lung trouble, only to have it return again the following winter. We took him to California and to the South, but he received no help. We then tried osteopathy, but a more serious condition finally developed, and we had given up all hope when the last attack came on.

At this stage we heard of Christian Science, and my brother asked for help from a Christian Science practitioner. The cough was overcome immediately, and soon he could go out automobiling even when the weather was very cold, which would have been impossible under materia medica. His improvement was followed by perfect healing. From the many operations he had undergone and the removing of pieces of three ribs he was deformed, but that has practically disappeared, to the amazement of the neighbors.
