Some time ago I was taken with severe pain in the abdominal region, caused, the physician said, by a disorder of the liver which for years had given me much inconvenience. My attention was drawn by a friend to the great work done in Christian Science, and I immediately applied to a practitioner in Basel. Three days after I was so far relieved of the pain as to be able to attend to all my household duties, and the abdomen is now reduced to its normal size.
Besides this healing a new life has come into our home through our interest in Christian Science, and we shall continue to follow the great work very earnestly. We state this in gratitude to God, and to the Leader of the Christian Science movement, Mrs. Eddy. May it be given to all mankind to get an insight into her great work.
