Having received so much benefit from Christian Science, I am impelled to give this testimony, hoping that my experience may be beneficial to some one else.
At the time my second child was born the mental atmosphere was peaceful and harmonious, and the physical suffering was nothing compared with that of a former experience. In a little over a week I began to assist with the household duties, and have had no ill effects whatever. The baby is doing well, and I am healthier than ever before, while the spiritual blessings which have come into my life through this wonderful truth have added far more happiness than words can express. I have found the spiritual truths of the Bible, as our Leader has interpreted it, to be the best remedial agent for despondency, sensitiveness, and humiliation, to which I had been bound more or less all my life. Owing to the healing power of Truth which was manifested at the birth of our third child, I have much to be grateful for. Nearly all belief in material law was broken. The second day I was about the house; I did all my work after the third day, and have enjoyed remarkably good health ever since.
I am only beginning to realize in a measure what a great woman Mrs. Eddy really was. She had no one in the beginning of her great career who could sympathize with her high aims, but she lived her true and noble life just the same. For the many demonstrations of Truth's power which have been made through the study of the Bible and Science and Health, and by the aid of practitioners, I am indeed very grateful.— Fort Wayne, Ind.
