This testimony is given in thanksgiving for what Christian Science has done for me. For years I suffered from so-called valvular heart trouble and the many conditions that go with it. Doctors had given me up, saying they could do nothing more for me; that I would never be able to do another day's work and at most had only a few weeks to live. My insurance was taken from me, and I was left without hope.
Then I was asked to try Christian Science. I did so, and was healed within one month. I have since experienced a healing of erysipelas. which yielded to the truth in less than a week. I have also been healed of a very bad temper. Many minor ailments have been overcome in Science, and I have lost very few days from business on account of illness. I have become a member of the Christian Science church and am an earnest student of its teachings.
Words cannot express the gratitude I feel to God, and to our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for giving us this truth to live by. I am indeed thankful for the healings, but more so for the spiritual uplift.— West Philadelphia, Pa.
