I can bear grateful testimony to the fact that Christian Science heals organic disease, even when beyond the power of surgery to do so. Through God's loving care I was guided to this healing religion when a number of physicians could give me no relief. My case was diagnosed as heart trouble and chronic stomach disorder, with many other complaints. I am now strong, and know that I am healed. Christian Science has taught me how to fill my consciousness with thoughts of Truth and Love, and as I have done so, all erroneous conditions have disappeared. When our consciousness is filled with the true knowledge of God, the discordant human body improves, disease is replaced with health, and normal action of all organs takes place.
I have found Christian Science a great help in solving business problems. God has never failed me. My greatest desire is to help others receive the same blessing that has come to me. I feel that I owe everything to the understanding of Christ, Truth, which this religion enables one to gain; it has brought to me freedom and happiness. I am also grateful for the privilege of having had class instruction, which has been a wonderful blessing. This glorious truth has made me more pure in heart, and has enabled me to love both God and my neighbor more. I am indeed grateful to Mrs. Eddy for Christian Science, which is helping the whole world; grateful for her untiring efforts in behalf of mankind; for all her writings and our periodicals, through which we gain a clearer understanding of the Bible.
On page 449 of Science and Health our Leader says, "A grain of Christian Science does wonders for mortals, so omnipotent is Truth." It has indeed done wonders for me, and this Scripture has been fulfilled in my experience: "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee." For this peace and satisfaction, and for all the good received, I desire to express my thankfulness to God. Christian Science has awakened a greater desire on my part to follow closely in the footsteps of Christ Jesus.— Hamilton, Ohio.
