I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. I have had many healings through reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, some of which were instantaneous. The first healing was of a serious stomach and bowel trouble of long standing. One of the instantaneous healings was for my young daughter. She was kicked in the stomach by a horse. When I heard her cry I went to her and carried her into the house while declaring "the scientific statement of being" (Science and Health, p. 468), which I repeated over and over until I realized in some measure the truth regarding the perfect child of God. She was healed and the only evidence of the accident the next morning was a bruise.
I am so thankful to God for His loving protection and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for Science and Health. I am also grateful for the helpful articles we find in the periodicals. — White Pigeon, Michigan.
