My heart overflows with gratitude and love to God and to our faithful Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for the blessings I have received through an understanding of God as Love, made possible by the truth, as revealed and demonstrated in Christian Science.
About one year and a half ago, I had a very wonderful healing of influenza. For this healing I am indeed grateful; but more so for the sweet sense of peace and happiness which came through the right understanding of God, as found in the teachings of our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. I have indeed found a God who is Love; and my prayer is to be able to reflect more and more of the divine nature each day.
The most important lesson I learned while the above-mentioned healing was being brought about by Christian Science treatment was that patience has its perfect work.— Memphis, Tenn.
