Christian Science came into my life at a time when we had experienced a sense of great loss and sorrow in our home. It was truly demonstrated to us that "earth has no sorrow but Love can remove." After reading the Bible and the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, a little over a month, I was entirely and permanently healed of the tobacco habit, having previously used the weed in all its forms. At the same time the habit of using profanity left me. This was over seven years ago, and I know the healings are complete.
I am most grateful for membership in The Mother Church; also for all the good I have received through the study of Christian Science, and in the branch church work which I have been called upon to do.— Kansas City, Mo.
